Xiaomi is working on a smartphone with a design, like the “clamshell” Motorola RAZR


The network got patents of the Chinese manufacturer, which shows a new smartphone. Interestingly, the documents were registered with CNIPA (China National Intellectual Property Administration) back in 2018.



Unlike the same Motorola RAZR, the smartphone has a screen without a cutout and a “chin,” but it does have a small frame at the top, like the Pixel 4. On the device’s body, you can see the dual main camera and a small additional screen. Naturally, there is no information when such a device will enter the market (and whether it will be released at all).



Recall that at the beginning of the year, the president of Xiaomi showed a prototype of a folding device, which developed on both sides. He never came out, but laid the foundation for the conceptual flagship Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha.
